Filing with the Secretary of State: (Incorporation, Limited Liability Corporation, and Sole Proprietorship) Starting from $100...Fees are determined according to the State where Filing and varies from State to State...Not including Filing Fees with the Secretary of State. Filing with the IRS for 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Status: (It can sometimes take up to nine months for processing and approval by the IRS). We offer two packages:

•Standard Package: We will process your application and ship the documents to you within 30-40 business days. The Fee is $595. This Fee does not include the IRS Filing Fees.

•Express Package: We will process your application and ship the documents to you within 20 business days. The Fee is $795. This Fee does not include the IRS Filing Fees.

Business Plans :The cost of a business plan varies greatly depending on what type of business plan you need. Some plans may be as simple as an executive summary and a one-page financial worksheet, while others can be well over 50 pages and contain several years of financial projections. Decide what type of business plan your company needs in order to help determine the cost of the plan. Most business plans can range in the amounts of $500 to $3,000...depending on the type and formate of the business plan and the objectives that are being acheived. Some simple business plans can cost less than these amounts, but will contain far less details and information.

The Business Promotions Package: The Business Promotions Package is for anyone interested in Brochures, Business Cards, Stationary, or Logo Design. The price for any of these services will vary, depending on the design and complexity of each item.

Website Design and Hosting:The Fees for Website Design can vary...depending on the needs of your company or organization. A Basic Website Design can start at $300 for the first page and template and each additional page starts at $100. The fees increase based on the "A LA Carte" items that are added. The fees will vary with each project...again depending on your needs.  Our business is also capable of providing you with Web Hosting Assistance. Some individuals may have a need for only Website Design, while others may have a need for both Website Design and Website Hosting.  If you have a need for both Website Design and Website Hosting, there are three Packages:
