Grant Writing: Fees for most grant writing projects range from $2,500 - $12,000, depending on the complexity of the proposal and the length of time to complete the project. For some of the more complex Federal and State competitive grant programs, the fee may exceed that stated range.

Grant Research: Matching you with the right funding source is an important component of Grant Writing and we can provide customized grant research. This includes searches of databases for local, state and federal grant funding sources and over 10,000 foundation/corporate giving sources. The fee usually ranges from $2,000 - $4,000. The fee is based on each individual project, scope of the search and complexity of the project.

Program Development: (If your organization does not have a program and needs assistance, we can help you by developing a program) the fee starts at $1,000

Curricula Design: (If your organization does not have curricula and needs assistance, we can help you by designing your curricula) the fee starts at $1,000

Grant Funding Search: (We search and develop a list of potential funding resources and the client can set a "not-to-exceed" amount) the fee is $50.00 dollars per hour

Grant Proposal Development If applying for Foundation or Corporation grants: The fees start at $2,500.

Grant Proposal Development If applying for State and Federal grants: The fees begin at $3000, depending on the length and complexity of the document.

Grant Proposal Development if applying for NIH (National Institutes for Health): the fee is $3,500.

Grant Research (existing proposal): (If your organization has a proposal, but not the funding source, our company will locate new sources and re-write the proposal to fit the new guidelines and re-submit to the new funding source) the fee $50.00 per hour fee.

Grant Proposal Review: (If your organization wants a completed proposal evaluated prior to submission to the funding source) the fee is $500.00 dollars to $1500 dollars depending on the complexity.

Grant Proposal Evaluation: (If your organization wrote a proposal and requires a professional evaluation) the fee is $3000 to $6000 dollars.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

•Your organization must complete a signed contract and a deposit must be received prior to our company beginning any services.

•Our company does not work for a percentage, commission or contingency fee of the grant funding amount.
